âââââ I N F O R M A T I O N īŧBorn into the ongoing apocalyptic world, Coquelic is an S-Rank Sinner, among the highest threat level of Sinners. She is a member of the Garden, and its current Mentor, the sole leader of the assassin organization. As the leader of Garden, she has orchestrated countless successful assassinations of the elite, including military leaders to politicians. Upon being detained after an attempt on a Paradeisos official's life, Coquelic has stated that the Garden exists in name only, and all activities as an assassin have ceased. She currently assists the MBCC in detaining other Sinners, and since she has cut off all ties to Underground, she is no longer considered a threat which must be terminated immediately.

As a Sinner, upon capture by the MBCC, they are given a threat assessment ranking which ranges from B to S. S-Rank Sinners are considered the most dangerous threat to DisCity and are to remain detained and kept under lock and key. All Sinners can sense mania in other Sinners, can sense creatures corrupted by mania, and have the ability to spread mania contamination to those around them. People who are infected with mania will begin to experience extreme feelings and emotions to the point of insanity, and should one's M-value hit a certain threshold, there is the possibility of either becoming a Sinner or, more likely, a corruptor. Coquelic, however, has no intention of making Sinners. Coquelic has a very unique manifestation of her mania. Using her mental energy, she can create a Flower of Mania and attach it to her target, this allows her to control, attack, or even heal her target. This mania flower can also sap the life force out of her targets, and removal of this flower by force can cause severe injuries and even death of the target. Should Coquelic deem it necessary, she can use her mania to draw forth a thorny, poppy-covered sword from her chest, and use it to fight in battle. However, the use of this technique does eat away at Coquelic's life force, which is already very limited.
